We all want that edge. We all strive (at least I hope so) to be better than we were yesterday. Self improvement should be a staple in our lives and a process we enjoy day In and day out. By improving ourselves it enables us to better serve those around us and make them better. With how much we have on our plate it can be challenging to sit down and read a book for 2 hours each day when the dishes are piling up, the kid is crying and our significant other is nagging at us. Luckily for us, podcasts have changed the game. Thanks to podcasts we can have a bank of knowledge at our fingertips that does not require us to neglect our priorities while learning. They are a true game changer. In the next 5 years I see the podcast world exploding similar to how YouTube has been recently. There will be a ton of influencers who get their names out there due to the convenience and sheer power of podcasts. You can listen to a podcast while doing pretty much anything: In the car, doing laundry, cleaning the house and working out. This takes away every single excuse you have not to educate yourself. No longer can you use the excuse “I don’t have time to learn” because they have automated the process for you. They have a podcast for everything: from people telling stories of their sexual experiences to the depths of the cosmic universe, atoms, microns, parallel, black holes, other big words, blah, blah, etc. Over the past few years the amount of people subscribing to podcasts has grown exponentially, so hop on the p-cast train and read about a few of my suggestions.
The Art of Charm
“Every week, the podcast team here at The Art of Charm works hard to bring you the best leads for improving yourself — in business, love, and life — the world has to offer.
Top performers from every field imaginable show up to share their secrets with all of us, and we strive to draw out something unique from every guest for every show. While it’s rewarding beyond measure, we’ll share one of our secrets with you: it’s not easy! Thankfully, with behind-the-scenes teamwork that puts to practice the very principles we teach at The Art of Charm, we do our best to make it seem easy.” (http://bit.ly/2lFckbv).
The Art of Charm has been a complete game changer for me. Jordan and AJ are true social engineers and have plenty of insightful tips you can apply to your life right away to see an instant return on investment. The show has a focus on cognitive psychology and social skills but covers every topic from seducing women to landing a multi-million dollar sale. AOC has featured guests from the liking of Tony Hawk to General Stanley McChrystal. There is something for everyone to listen to in the Art of Charm and apply to their life to make an instant change. I can personally thank AOC for improving my own social skills as well as negotiation skills. If you decide to subscribe to this podcast I would recommend going back in time and listening to a few of the older “AOC Toolbox episodes” they are particularly insightful for developing some social basics before you delve into the deep stuff. If you are looking to enhance your health, wealth, love and happiness I highly recommend subscribing to The Art of Charm.
“What exactly IS MindPump? MindPump is an online radio show/podcast that has been described as Howard Stern meets fitness. It is sometimes raw, sometimes shocking and is always entertaining and informative. Your hosts, Sal Di Stefano, Adam Schafer and Justin Andrews have over 40 years of combined fitness experience as personal trainers, club managers, IFBB fitness competitors and fitness thought leaders.
The fitness world is filled with charlatans and snake oil salesmen pushing the latest and greatest (and sometimes downright dangerous) workout programs, supplements and faux science on the unsuspecting masses. Sal, Adam and Justin use MindPump as a platform to shed the light of TRUTH on health, fitness and a host of other topics. By listening to each episode of MindPump, you will be able to absorb over 40 years worth of workout wisdom in record time so that you can cut through the BS and experience the absolute fastest way to reach your health and fitness goals.” (http://bit.ly/2kMjmMc).
Mind Pump is the real deal when it comes to learning about fitness and health. The hosts Sal, Adam and Justin cut straight through the bullshit in the health and wellness industry and bring your REAL information that will give you REAL results. Listening to Mind Pump has caused my paradigm to be shattered about so many fitness myths and I can personally thank them for being in the best shape in my entire life with about half the work I was once putting in. They give you the best information and always provide a good laugh. Our health and fitness are a staple in our lives, if you don’t have good health then you have nothing at all. I highly recommend listening to Mind Pump if you are striving to become more healthy and fit.
